Our Fees

Our legal fees are competitive and reflect the high quality of service we provide.

Our fees are fixed by contract and remain unchanged until the completion of the case. In order to minimize the client’s expenses, we do not offer one flat amount for all cases. Our fee is based on the complexity of each case. We estimate the fee for each particular service and fix the fee for the full processing period of each case.

In order to reduce the client’s risk, the client has the option to pay the fee in one, 2, or 3 progressive installments. The retainer always remains in our trust account until the case proceeds to a certain stage and is refundable according to the refund policy we set forth before starting the process.
